Welcome to Evolynk! We are committed to delivering your complex electronic materials, components, and lithium cells safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your orders are processed, calculated, and delivered.

1. Domestic Shipping Only (No International Shipping)

Please note that Evolynk only ships to addresses within INDIA. We do not offer international shipping at this time due to transport regulations and compliance complexities. Any orders placed with an international shipping address will be cancelled and refunded automatically.

2. Weight-Based Shipping Charges

To ensure fairness and accuracy, shipping fees at Evolynk are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your package and your delivery destination.

Because our inventory ranges from lightweight microcontrollers to heavier, bulkier items, weight-based tiering ensures you only pay the actual cost required to securely transport your specific items.

  • How to View Costs: Add your desired items to the shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping address. The system will calculate the exact package weight and display your specific shipping rate before you complete your payment.

3. Special Normal Delivery Restriction for Lithium Cells

Please note that packages containing lithium-ion cells, lithium-polymer cells, or products containing similar battery chemistry are classified as regulated materials under transport safety laws.

  • Mandatory Normal/Ground Delivery: If your package includes lithium cells or like products, it will strictly be sent via standard normal delivery (surface/ground shipping).

  • No Express Air Shipping: Due to strict aviation safety hazards, these items cannot be loaded onto aircraft for express air transit.

  • Delivery Timelines: Because your package must travel entirely by normal ground routes, transit times may be slightly longer. Please expect an additional 2-4 business days for final delivery if your order contains batteries.

4. Processing & Handling Times

  • All standard orders are processed within 4-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification containing a tracking number once your package has been handed over to our courier partner.

5. Shipping Damaged & Undeliverable Packages

  • Wrong Address: Evolynk is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for the weight-based shipping fees to reship the package.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives physically damaged by the courier, please document the unopened box with clear photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours at evolynk.eroots@gmail.com so we can initiate a carrier claim.
