Thank you for shopping with us. We appreciate your business and strive to provide high-quality items. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction on our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Strict No-Return & No-Refund Exceptions

Due to safety regulations, shipping constraints, and the highly technical nature of our inventory, we strictly enforce a final sale (NO RETURNS / NO REFUNDS) policy on the following product categories:

  • Lithium Cells and Batteries: All individual or pack-form lithium-ion, lithium-polymer, or other lithium-based cells are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances. This is due to strict international hazardous materials (HAZMAT) transport regulations and the volatile nature of chemical cells once handled outside of our facility.

  • Complex Electronic Materials & Components: Items such as development boards, microcontrollers, integrated circuits, custom circuit boards, bare modules, sensors, and related electronic hardware are final sale. Because these materials are sensitive to electrostatic discharge (ESD), improper handling, and incorrect voltage application, we cannot verify their internal integrity once they leave our possession.

2. Exclusion of Personal Damages and User Errors

We are explicitly not liable for, and will grant absolutely no refunds, returns, or replacements for any item that suffers damage or failure resulting from customer handling, misuse, or installation errors. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Physical damage caused by dropping, crushing, improper mounting, or force.

  • Electrical damage caused by incorrect wiring, reverse polarity, overvoltage, short circuits, or inadequate power supplies.

  • Thermal damage, overheating, or burns resulting from improper soldering, lack of heat-sinking, or exceeding component limits.

  • Modifications, firmware alterations, physical adjustments, or exposure to moisture and corrosive environments.

It is the customer's sole responsibility to thoroughly verify compatibility, pinouts, and voltage requirements before applying power to any electronic equipment or lithium cell.

3. General Return Window (For Eligible Items Only)

For items not listed in the exceptions above, we offer a 3 Day return window from the date your package is delivered. To qualify for a return, standard eligible items must be completely unused, unaltered, in the original packaging, and in the exact same condition in which they were received.

4. Damaged or Defective Items Upon Delivery (DOA)

If an eligible item arrives broken or defective due to transit or manufacturing faults, you must report it to our support team within 24 Hours of delivery.

To process your claim quickly and avoid confusion, you must provide clear, high-resolution video and photo evidence demonstrating that the item arrived damaged or non-functional directly out of the box, before any user modifications or hookups were attempted. Failure to provide this timely proof will result in the immediate denial of the claim.

5. The Standard Return Process

If your item is eligible for return under Section 3 and does not fall into the strict exclusions of Section 1 and 2, please follow these guidelines:

  • Contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent back without prior approval or a valid RMA number will be rejected.

  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise due to a confirmed storefront picking error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, insurance, and tracking.

6. Refunds Processing

Once your authorized return is received and inspected by our technical team, we will send an email notification confirming receipt. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition. You Can Exchange the product using the coupon we give you or directly get a replacement.
